Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a customer needs to cancel a scheduled service, they must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled date of service in order to receive a refund of 80% of the cost of the service. Any cancellation requests made after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that this policy applies to all services and it is mandatory to contact us in advance of 48 hours before the date of service to cancel or reschedule the service and to be eligible for the 80% refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. However, we appreciate your understanding that our team and resources are committed to your scheduled service and last-minute cancellations can cause disruptions to our operations.
